Hi, I’m Kaitlyn.

I am a passionate and empathetic Clinical Psychologist and Board Approved Supervisor with lived experience as a neurodivergent individual managing chronic health conditions. I am dedicated to supporting individuals through a neuro-affirming approach. I believe in understanding and embracing the diversity of your experiences, including those with Neurodivergent traits that may align with Autism, Attention Deficit/ Hyperactive Disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder, Attachment and Trauma concerns, and other conditions. By adopting a neuro-affirming perspective, I strive to create a safe and validating space for individuals of all neurotypes.

I provide evidence-based interventions from a range of therapeutic models, including Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectic Behavioural Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, with aspects of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion Focussed Therapy (CFT) and Schema Therapy. By integrating these approaches with neuro-affirming principles, I help clients develop a sense of empowerment and awareness.

I have an interest in helping those who are part of the LGBTQIA+ community, and those who have concerns around sexuality and gender identity. I have also worked closely with different cultures, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples. My approach is open and friendly, as well as non-judgemental.
