You do not need a referral to see a Psychologist, you may get a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP to receive a medicare rebate after therapy sessions, or a Complex Needs plan from a psychiatrist to receive a medicare rebate on Assessments.

We understand that things happen unexpectedly, we ask that you give us more than 24 hours' within business days' notice when needing to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you provide less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged the full fee. If you provide notice between 24-48 hours within business days, you will be charged 50% of your fee. To cancel an appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. You can text, use the online booking service, or email, that way the appointment can be offered to someone else as sessions are in high demand. Please note that Medicare and most other third parties do not allow people to claim the rebate for non-attended appointments, so there will be an out-of-pocket fee.

The rate for Therapy with Kaitlyn is $250 for a 60-minute session, this is 50 minutes with you and 10 minutes for Kaitlyn to complete notes. You can find further information regarding the cost for Psychology Sessions cost in Australia at the Australian Psychological Society website. If you have other funding sources, this cost may vary accordingly. If you have a mental health care plan from your GP, you will be rebated $141.85 per your 10 sessions in the calendar year

The cost of an Adult ADHD/Autism Assessment is $2300. This is based from Kaitlyn's hourly rate and includes the sessions with you (about 2 or 3 hours), the report writing, and the cost of the assessments provided, which comes to about 9 to 10 hours all up. Assessments are not covered under a Mental health care plan from a GP, and may need a complex needs referral from a Psychiatrist. Furthmore, NDIS does not cover diagnostic reports, however, if you require a Functional Capacity Assessment, Kaitlyn is able to support you with this. 

Kaitlyn charges $200 for an hour of individual supervision.
