Therapy

Kaitlyn offers neuroaffirming psychological interventions in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, and Schema Therapy. Kaitlyn aims to complete all sessions with a kind, friendly, and open approach.

GROUPS

Dragons of the Spectrum (DOTS) is a a social play program developed by Social Play Academy and delivered at Neurobliss Psychology by Kaitlyn who is a certified facilitator. DOTS is a fun, story-based social learning program designed for children aged 10+. Built around a simplified tabletop role-playing game, DOTS helps children build social confidence, emotional awareness, and peer connection in a safe, neuro-affirming environment. Each session features targeted social-emotional learning followed by a collaborative fantasy adventure.

Assessments

Autism and ADHD assessments can be confusing at times, Kaitlyn’s approach to assessments is to be open and upfront regarding what is required, what is the next steps, and the costs. If you are unsure, Kaitlyn offers initial consultations to find what is the best path for you and answer any questions you have before you commit to go ahead.

Supervision

Kaitlyn is an AHPRA Board Approved Supervisor. Kaitlyn’s approach to supervision is to guide you in your learning, support your clinical roles and goals, and help you feel supported with any aspects of the role.
